Diseases, by and large, are the unique creation of Mankind....and perpetuated on earth, to a great extent, by ManUnkind....the Modern Medical Mafia!

Lack of proper nutrients, oxygen and accumulation of toxins lower immunity which gives birth to various conditions to various parts or functions of the body which we call by various names ...the various diseases. Modern medicine loves to give each condition an impressive and imposing name and generally declare "etiology unknown" or "no known cure" as if the disease befallen on us were a dreaded alien from outer space being constantly researched upon and despite a century of study and huge money spent on it's research is still hostile enigma. And till a final cure has been found for this "mysterious scourge" by the "sincerely hard working and researching for over a century" medical fraternity, we must quietly bear, suffer and keep dying of it and its unending treatment that Modern Medicine has arduously and thankfully worked out to salvage us. Meanwhile, the past century has seen man reach the moon; mind-boggling advances in communication, automobiles, automation and every field.....terrific advances even in diagnostics and treatment of disease...but none in cure.

Hundreds of diseases will be invented in coming years like thousands have been in the previous century to flabbergast you, treat you.... but seldom cure you.

Most diseases enlisted below should not have existed in the first place....just as they don't in the animal kingdom or in certain people living in remote  areas untouched by modern civilization and its creations, our denatured/processed food and Modern Medicine. Most of these are thankfully preventable, reversible and curable with easy-to-follow lifestyle changes......and without taking a single medicine or the body being poisoned, slashed and operated upon.

List of Diseases:

1.  Lifestyle diseases/ Degenerative/ Age-related diseases:

  • Heart disease, Myocardial Infarction, Angina, Atherosclerosis/Arteriosclerosis, High blood pressure,
  • Stroke
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Cancer, Leukemia
  • Hyper-Thyroid, Hypo-Thyroid
  • Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Sinus,
  • Liver disease or Cirrhosis, Pancreatitis, Prostatitis
  • osteoporosis, Osteo-Arthritis, Rheumatoid-Arthritis, Gout
  • Periodontal disease, Gingivitis
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gastro-enteritis, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia,
  • Psoriasis, Eczema
  • Lupus.....

and many more mysterious illnesses...which can't be diagnosed...doctors may think you are imagining them. They may turn out to be full-blown disease later or may result in death without being diagnosed and the mystery being solved. In a number of cases mysterious illnesses remain frustratingly undiagnosed and untreated/mistreated. Even if if they are diagnosed they are just treated but seldom cured.

Enough quantity of food but lack of quality:  The Affluent die diseased despite enough food. Their bodies swell, wither and get diseased because the wrong foods clog their bodies and prevent absorption of nutrition....in effect starving their bodies to death. Ironically they are not starved but their bodies are. This starvation leads to loss of immunity; shrinkage and weakening of muscles, bones, organs and tissues over the years ushering in disease and pre-mature old-age....decades before it should happen.  Such malnutrition is  the major cause of most lifestyle diseases of the rich or the well-to-do. The USA is one glaring example of overfed people (not well-fed) suffering endemic heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, obesity and Alzheimer's. We, in India, are fast catching up with USA in lifestyle and disease.

 2.  Infectious/Communicable Diseases:

  • Cholera
  • Dengue
  • Hepatitis
  • Influenza
  • Malaria
  • Measles
  • Meningitis
  • Pneumonia
  • Strep throat
  • Tuberculosis
  • Typhoid
  • Yellow Fever
  • Swine flu
  • Zika
  • Ebola
  • ....and many more

Generally lack of quantity :  Poor people die of lack of food, and consequent starvation and lack of nutrition. The question of proper food/ quality comes later. Poverty resulting in lack of nutrition is a problem of the third world countries. Here communicable diseases are predominant. Insufficient/ improper nutrition resulting in low immunity is again the cause apart from insanitation. However, affluent people with low immunity mentioned earlier may also acquire these.

 3.  Frequently occuring or chronic discomforts and symptoms: these could be preludes to the diseases mentioned above:

  • Depression
  • fatigue
  • palpitation
  • breathlessness
  • headache
  • migraines
  • common colds
  • obesity
  • Insomnia
  • premature baldness and graying of hair
  • bad breath
  • ...and many more

All diseases mentioned above happen because of lack of oxygen and nutrients....and lack of clearance of wastes and toxins in our body. If you have rock-hard immunity..... i.e. if your body is well oxygenated; supplied with good nutrition; and your body can regularly throw out wastes and toxins...then it is unlikely that you will ever have any of the diseases mentioned above.
